Christian theologians use a variety of metaphors to illustrate the various aspects of the gospel, each capturing different dimensions of its meaning and significance.

These metaphors, drawn from various aspects of life-legal, familial, agricultural, military, and more-help convey the multifaceted nature of the gospel and its impact and depth of believers' lives.

Each metaphor offers a different lens through which to understand the richness and depth of what Jesus has accomplished.

1. Justification (courtroom)

3. Sanctification (refining fire)
4. Victory (warrior King)

Small group home dinners will be offered on the weekends of September 13th-15th and 20th-22nd.

Who have you been seeing or getting to know among the church family that you wouldn't mind inviting out to have lunch with you? We are encouraging you on the 2nd Sunday of every month to invite someone to lunch with you after church!

We have so many families at North Central, and we want to provide a casual way for moms of all ages to connect with each other. Whether you have babies or young kids, or your children are older and in school, come hang out and get to know other moms.

This month's meeting details:
When: Tuesday, September 24th, 1:00-3:00pm (rain date: Friday, September 27th, 1:00-3:00pm)
Where: Clay Central Park
(meeting spot: under pavilion at picnic tables)

Important info for each Mom&Kids Meetup:
1. Monthly Meetups are posted on our Kid Central Parents Facebook page (ask to join at the link below).
2. If you plan on attending, make sure to let us and other moms know by marking "going" on the event.
3. Each event will have a designated meeting spot, so all moms can meet up at the same place.
4. Before going to Mom&Kids Meetup, check to see what other moms are attending so you know who to look for at the meeting spot.
5. Feel free to invite another mom friend.
