Our community of adults 55 years old and older meet for a monthly luncheon and a time of encouragement, other occasion outings, and practice "one anothering" through cards, visits, phone calls & prayer.

Those passionate about serving our 55+ community. Coordinate luncheon gathering. Call, visit, send cards & pray when opportunities arise.

Team Member Descriptions

What does an Encore Team member do during midweek events?

"ONE-ANOTHERING" BY SERVING ONE ANOTHER, PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER, BEAR ONE ANOTHER'S BURDENS, LOVE ONE ANOTHER.

  • Monthly Luncheon - help with one or more areas such as coordinate lunch catering, receive RSVPs, setup/cleanup, etc.

  • Occasional Events - plan outside events (i.e. Syracuse Mets game, Sight & Sound, etc.)

  • Visit, Pray, Call, Meals - help "one another" through caring for our senior community when needs arise
